Error message backing up my iPhone 5 via iTunes?

I get an error message when I try to back up my iPhone 5 on iCloud or My Computer (MacBook Pro) using iTunes. The error message is very vague: "iTunes could not back the iPhone because an error message occurred"

Did you have this situation? Any solution? Suggestion?
