This is easily to transfer iPod photos to Mac,There have some method to help you copy iPod photos to Mac

The first method:

1.Connect iPod with Mac

2.Open iTunes,Choose you want to transfer iPod Photos

3.Sync your iPod Photos to Mac

The second method:

1.Connect iPod with Mac by iCloud

2.Open iCloud,Backup your iPod Photos to Mac

3.Finish!

The above two methods are too slown, and need to connect to the Internet,if you want very quickly to transfer ipod photos to Mac,you can also use the third party software, you can choose the third method

The third method:

1.Download and install iStonsoft iPod to Mac Transfer

2.Connect ipod with Mac through USB cable

3.Choose you want to transfer ipod photos

4.Transfer ipod photos to Mac

5.Finish

Believe that you can solve this question as soon as possible!

To transfer photos from iPod to computer is not too hard, Coolmuster iPhone iPad iPod to computer transfer can help you do this

Here I show you Transfer Photos from iPod to Computer with this proglam.

First of all, run this iPod Photo Transfer on your computer, and then it'll detect and display your iPod info like capacity, model, etc. on the main interface. Meanwhile, all files on your iPod will be displayed in different folders on the left panel.

Secondly, hit "Photos" category and then you'll see all pictures on the right panel one by one. Before transferring, you can preview these pictures and decide which photos you want to export.

Finally, you can click "Check All" to choose all photos and export them to computer with one click. And you also can select one or a few of specific pictures and transfer them to your PC as you like.

Hi jagannath,

I hope what Xiao said is correct and you can transfer them but I am not familiar with Mac's. If not, you may need a third party app such as [iStonsoft|http://www.ipadconverter-mac.com/ipad-iphone-ipod-to-mac-transfer/>

Using this you can retreive photos, but bare in mind they will only be 640x480 resolution as iTunes "optimises" them to fit on the Touch, still, better than none at all.

Good luck,

Dud.
