On my IPhone 5s with IOS 7.0.3 blue outline box
I have a blue outline box moving randomly over the screen now. It goes over icons on the home screen randomly for a time then turns off. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

Apple Care was a big help the fix was under Accesibility- Switch Control- turn to off. No More floating blue box
