After the fiasco of the iTunes to iBooks, I have been trying to use iBooks despite it's limitations.
Today I transferred 99 books to my new iPad and they are no longer in Collections.
Why?
Or why bother arranging them into Collections in iBooks for Mac to lose those Collections on transfer?

Found my answer a few minutes later. Sync Collections was not turned on.
I have the same problem, could you please indicate where this option is since I do not see it in iTunes nor iBooks
I just got a new ipad and want to sync my ibooks collections, bookmarks, highlights etc from my iphone. I noticed that on my ipad in settings, the "sync bookmarks" and "sync collections" buttons keep switching back off. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
