Blue Band on iPhone screen

This blue stripe scans back and forth across the screen. Usually, when the processor is working harder than usual. It started after ios 7 upgrade.

I've tried a reset, but did not help. Any ideas???

Thanks,

Michael

- Reset All Settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings)

- Restore from backup. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 (If you don't have a backup, make one now, then skip to the next step.)

- Restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137
For this step, do not re-download ANYTHING, and do not sign into your Apple ID.

- Test the issue after each step. If the last one does not resolve the issue, it is likely a hardware problem.

Dear all, the solution provided in this post https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5379418?answerId=24295368022#24295368022 is the one which should solve this issue without having to restore your device as new. No need to reset anything, simply goto settings>general>accessibility>switch control and disable switch control and auto scanning

It worked for me, I hope it will help you.
