Green screen appears when using FaceTime via my Macbook Pro.

I know this issue has appeared several times, but I am raising it again as there is no solution as yet. Screen goes green when using Facetime on my Macbook Pro. If I use my ipad to contact the same person, there is no problem, except it occasionally tells me that the connection is poor and then reconnects after a while.


I know that the broadband at this person's home is poor as they are out in the middle of the countryside and can only guess that it is this that is causing the issue, but surely instead of the screen just going green a notification saying 'poor connection' would at least help. Just a thought!


Over to you Apple, I bet as this issue has been around for some years that it is not resolvable.
