Nov 11, 2013 7:53 AM in response to Allan Eckertby Sujit Ghosh,I took it to the service centre in India. They r unable to update the software and hence concluded this is hardware issue. I have seen many such incidents at the store. Option given is replacement at $250. I see this is Killing. This may be a Apple issue and I shall be paying for it. Please suggest.

Nov 11, 2013 8:03 AM in response to Sujit Ghoshby Allan Eckert,The reason I suggested you have it looked at is because I suspected a hardware problem. To me the answer is very clear, you either pay for the replacement to get a working iPhone or you don't pay and it doesn't work.
