My old iTunes is in a different account!

I have just got a new macbook air. However my iphone and my itunes are registered to my Dads account. How do I put that stuff into my new account without losing it?

You can't

Purchased items always remain with the account they were originally purchased with and can't be moved

Not all the things on my itunes have been purchased though! Also I want to sync my phone with my computer. Is this possible when the apple id on my phone is registered to my Dad?
