I can't install "VoiceOver" on my iPod Shuffle (4th gen.)

Hello, Apple Community! Im from Poland, so my English isn't great. 🙂

When I try to install VoiceOver Kit for iPod Shuffle (via iTunes on Mac) There pop an window like this:

Translation: iTunes can't install VoiceOver Kit. There was unknown error (1701).

Anyone know how to fix this? It's annoying, when you need to guess title of an song in a over 100 songs album.

If you know how to fix this, then please, answer. 🙂
