Webpage content other than the homepage cannot be seen in Safari, can see we site tabs but no content. Works using Windows Explorer. Any ideas?

Cannot see content of website other than homepage in Safari. Can see tabs to navigate to other pages but no content. Works in Windows Explorer so it may not be website.
