Safari 7.0 in Mac OS X 10.9

When I try to customize the toolbar, every time it gets stuck when i click and start dragging. I release the mouse, and it glitches and stays clicked. I could not enter any keys but drag the mouse, and do command-option quit. Any solutions?

Might be corrupted Safari preferences ...

Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy paste the following:

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist

Click Go then move the com.apple.Safari.plist file to the trash.

Try customizing the Safari toolbar.
