How do I access iCloud from my iPhone? I can't click into the icon - it's got a greyish/faded appearance when I have it opened. My facebook icon shows the same thing.

Navigate to Settings > General > Restrictions (enter your passcode if required-this may not be the same as your screen lock code), scroll down to the section 'Allow Changes' and ensure you are allowed to make changes to 'Accounts'.

Hello, I have the same problem, but I also have forgotten my passcode. What can I do?
I can not click into iCloud from my settings on my iPhone 5. All updates are current and I've had this issue since I received the phone.
