Podcast feature missing from Garageband 10.0.1

Has anyone figured out how to make podcasts in this new version of Garageband yet?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9), 15" 2011

I bought Garageband to make a podcast.. Paid for a podcast tutorial (on the cheap, but still). I open up Garageband, no podcast. F*** me right? Thanks Apple.
