How can I add additional adress field to document template ?

Which Pages version are you using? What are you trying to achieve? Mail merge using the Address or Contact book?
I use the newest version of pages for Mail merge using with contacs. The older version allowed to insert mail-fields in the pages document and then be filled out from contacts (1 letter ore more). The new verison doesn't show this option (insert mail-field). What happend ? Should I use the old version of pages ?
Do you mean Pages 5.0? If so say so. If it is Pages 5.0 it doesn't have mail merge. Pages 09 does have it, so use Pages 09. It should still be ib the Applications > iwork 09 folder. Do read the threads in this forum to find out all the missing features in Pages 5.0.

It's really sad address book filed are not working anymore!!!
Years ago I was so proud to have a Mac... now it's even worse than Windows....
All my (used many hours to create) templates I can't use anymore!!
As soon you have Pages 5.x installed, Pages 09 also dosen't work properly??!!
I also contacted Apple Support several times... Fist it seems to get support... after a while it's not possible anymore to get a reply of the supporter (I had phone No. & direct e-mail..)
I'm very disappointed about Apple....
