When I try to install iTunes under Win8, iTunes won't install. At the end I get a dialogue box , after iTunes does a "rolling back" action while installing, that the iTunes installer has completed the installation and the errors occurred during config

Under Win 8, iTunes completes install then says that there was an error and nothing changed. It does a "roll back" during the install that may be part of the problem. The errors occur during configuration. I have tried the install several times, doesnt work. I have also tried as administrator, that doesnt work either and have gone into msconfig and tried that way
