My iPad Air App Store hangs

My iPad AIR App Store stuck on setting Empire: Four Kingdoms. I can not update my apps any more.

Please let me know if somebody knows how to fix this problem

reset all settings

settings-general-reset-reset all settings

now reconnect to wifi

settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join

if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes

When I reset the iPad, it went off. I only see the Apple & line below this. It does not start & remains Apple and a line below. This condition is since last 24 hours.
