Anyone experiencing no audio from recorded smart instruments if a project is stopped and started again on playback

I'm getting no audio from recorded smart instruments if a project is stopped and started again during playback,this is only since downloading the new ios ,also I have no velocity sensetivity on keyboards

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.3
