I was on the phone with my phone service carrier because I have been having trouble with my calls failing or being dropped.
Apple did a diagnostic on my found and found out 13 of the 15 failed or dropped calls came as a result of the Carrier. When I called
them back they told me to restore my phone. I read this takes it back to the factory setting. I don't fee comfortable doing that when I believe it is a
problem with their coverage area. Any advice would be appreciated.
