My mac will restart & show Blue Screen when plugged ipod classic into my mac

When i plugged ipod into my mac and i put to the Disk Mode my ipod , the computer will restart & don't let me to restore my ipod !!!! Please help and give me a solution !!!

My ipod & mac info :

iPod Classic 160gb (2009)

Mac Book Pro (2011)

iTunes 11.1.3

iPod classic, iOS 2.x, 160GB
