My OS is Windows 7. This morning I installed iTunes 11.1.2.32 and downloaded a movie. The movie, its extra features (or any other movie) won't play in iTunes.
I hit the "Play iTUNES EXTRAS" button.
This screen comes up and I click the United States button.
Then, this screen comes up and iTunes just freezes.
Can somebody please help with this?

I disabled both Direct3D and DirectX and still the same result.
