Reset the device:


Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

I'm having the same issue. On both my iPhone 5 and my first gen iPad mini...


I can't access any of apple's digital stores, so no downloading/updating apps.


Even my podcast app seems broken.


I completely restored my iphone, did not solve issue.


I have repeatedly restarted my phone and ipad, has not fixed issue.


Both are running ios 8.4.1

I'm having the same problem here. I'm using an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.4.1.


This bug is really nasty. If you have it, you won't be able to download or update any app, sign out from the app store or enter the App store settings. What I do to solve temporally this bug is a reset with power button + sleep/wake button. After that I go to the App store and sign out/sign in again. Note that is is a temporary solution... you will have the bug again soon.


Hope Apple solve this problem really fast! It's a major one!
