Action Items / Hot List App for Teams?

Has anyone found an application similar to this? I work for a construction management firm with a team of 12 on the project. Everyone has an iPhone, iPad, and Windows 7 laptop. We currently track action items / hotlist in an excel document that's reviewed at weekly staff meetings. I was hoping for an application to track these items where each person can register and we can set-up a team action items list. It would be great if you could put items into certain people's court and the application could track when items are completed so we could eventually export/print a report of all completed and/or open items. Some nicer features would be a push notification when items are sent to your court, and some way of also viewing your items on a PC or web-based application. Has anyone ever seen or used an app that has these features?
