Ipod shuffle - does it support mp4?? if not can you convert mp4 to mp3??

is there anyway of changing from mp4 to mp3 cos itunes always sends me mp4 rather than mp3. is this usual??? please help....

Yes, the Shuffle support mp4.
Are you having a problem loading iTunes songs onto your shuffle?

yes, i have a ipod mini and have tried to transfer some songs from that library to the shuffles library and nothin works.....

now, when i turn on the ipod once its disconnected the green light stays on...

please help!!

There is only one library. It's on teh computer.
Is the song in iTunes?
Does it play using iTunes?

no i have a seperate library on my user account on XP, i've set a new library up on another user account.... whats the green light too??
