Is the iTunes store not working this evening?

Is the iTunes store not working this evening? My internet connection is fine, as are my devices. Just can't seem to stream previously purchased content from iTunes. Or maybe everyone on the planet is simultaneously trying to watch the latest episiode of Walking Dead?
