error code 17092 in outlook

I have jsut installed the latest and greatest version of microsoft office and it has outlook. I try setting up outlook and I am receiving messages, but I can not send. I have done the same thing on multiple computers excet this on and this one does not send. I get a error code of 17092 with a 5.7.1 Authetication required. I know for a fact I put all the correct information in. Can anybody help?
