Recovery Mode Safari graphics flickering

Before I look into whether this is a hardware issue, can someone confirm or test this for me:

1) Go into Recovery Mode (cmd+R)

2) Open the Online help option (it opens Safari)

3) Scroll in the page

4) Click on the Yahoo tab or another link

I am getting odd graphical errors with 3 and 4. Sometimes images flicker and come back, the scroll bar flickers, and the search bar can flicker.

If this happens for anyone else, I know it is a software issue. Otherwise it may be an issue with the dGPU
