How to restore Siri in iOS 7.03?

As soon as I installed iOS 7.02, I got a note that 7.03 needed to be installed on my iPhone 4S. But Siri doesn't work in 7.03. You hold the button and get the Siri prompt screen, but it is frozen and doesn't respond. You can exit by hitting the button again, but that's all you can do. Is there a fix for this or do we have to wait for apple to fix it in 7.04?

Siri works fine in 7.0.3. It is your device that has the issue OR there was an issue with the download when you updated.

Try general troubleshooting like restarting the device, Toggle siri off and then back on, Most likely you will want to backup the device and restore it in itunes.
