iTunes Match is not showing as purchased on other device

My old macbook pro is not showing that I purchased Match on iTunes. I purchased it on my same Apple ID on my new MacBook Air. Why is my new device not showing in iCloud on my old computer and vice versa? How can I fix it? My iPhone is magically showing up on both however.
