Q: I need help on sync

I need help solving my syncing problem. I tried the diagnostic but problem remain unsolve. I am trying to sync my local movies into my mini iPad but could not. I still have enough space avail. I can sync my iPhone 4 but not my mini iPad. Please help.

Hello lomakila

Try converting the videos and then sync them to your iPad. You can do that by going to File > Create New Version > Create iPad or Apple TV Version.
