When I choose to forward an email, add one address, subj, and text to body, the email will contain default headers that did not appear on the email when I received it. Before Mavericks, when forwarding an email, default headers were not added to the email. How can I fix it so no default headers are added.

Problem solved. It was a Preference choice that somehow got changed causing my problems. I think others may have suggested the fix but since there are two places to "View" and see a choice about Default or other header suggestions, I had not looked in the Prefs.
I post an image in case others have missed the fix:
I had "default' set. Was getting headers when forwarding.
I had to set it to None, quit mail. Open mail set it to default. Quit mail again. Re-open.
Since updating to Mav. I'd had to do the above twice now. Something somewhere is re-setting something.
Anyone know what .plist file this is kept in?
