I just got my replacement verizon iphone 5,but I can't activate it with my verizon sim which can activate on my friend's iphone 5.It said ‘The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported’！Why,verion iphone don't support verizon sim?

If you can't activate the replacement phone, either contact Verizon Customer Service (800-922-0204) or take the phone into the nearest Verizon Store.
