When I connect my iPone to the laptop I have this massege: iTunes could not connect to the iPhone “May's iPhone” because the device timed out.
What does that mean?

try by pressing iphone's both home and on/off button simultaneously for few seconds. then phone will restart, then connect it again see it will work
