Airport Express with USB Priinter. Unable to print from Windows PC

I have a home wireless net work with PC running Windows XP. I have an HP 940c printer attached to the desktop. I am able to print to this from a Laptop PC and also from a Macbook Pro overr the wireless network.

I installed an Airport Express with a USB printer HP PSC 1610 on it. I am able to print from the Macbook Pro to it. However, I am unable to print from the laptop PC or from the Desktop to this printer on Airport Express. I have followed the instructions in the booklet as well as othre trouble shooting steps without success.

If I attach the HP 1610PSC directly to the desktop PC I can print from the MBP as well as the windows Laptop.

Is there a simple solution?

I installed Bonjour and my problem was solved. Your instructions and your links were very useful and easy to follow. Now I can print from the Windows desktop to USB printer on Airport Express.
