I have had to set up a new email address to access the apps store. Need to know how to creat an account?

    If you already have an iTunes account then you can update the primary email address on it to be your new email account : http://appleid.apple.com - all content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloads it, so generally it's best to have just the one account.

    If you don't want to give credit card details then follow the instructions on this page for creating it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

     

    To use that account on your iPad for new purchases, tap on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store if an account is currently logged in to log out of it, and then log in with your new account
