Q: PUK SIM

I have Big problem and getting frustrated, It's Happend lastday due updated iPad 2 itself but I dont have any Carrier or something im only using WIFI. Anyway when i tried open my iPad 2 Its kept Asking me Enter Puk due so many trials. Become PUK. Anway, Can anybody Help me Please I will Appreciate thanks BTW i dont know what operating System in novice in this Ipad

It sounds like you have a Cellular iPad even though you say you are using only WiFI. Take the SIM card out of the iPad and the warning will stop.
