My phone was quirky, and now it wont turn on. Help!

Phone was a bit slow to respond and quirky lately. It seemed to have turned itself off and now it wont start. Any ideas please?

Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
