I've forgotten how to add photos!

I can't remember for the life of me how to add photos to me ipod. If someone can please refresh my memory that would be awesome.

Also, how can I get all my photos onto my ipod? Rather than just add one folder with a few photos that then overwrites the thousands of photos I had on there?!

iTunes prefs -> iPod - Photo tab.
Select the folders you want on your iPod

Not sure I understand this.
You already have photos on there and you want to add more without deleting the ones already on it?

Just put them in the folder you previously chose to sync to the iPod.
