I have an iphone 4, my home button only works every so often and I have to press really hard for it to work, my lock button has totally stopped working and doesnt charge well, it sometimes drains the battery instead of charging. What will apple do?

I have an iphone 4, with many problems...

my home button only works every so often and I have to press really hard for it to work, even when pressing once it double clicks, this was a worse problem with ios 6 but not much of a problem with ios7 although it is still annoying.

my lock button has totally stopped working, this only occurred yesterday and its driving me insane. im using the Assistive Touch at the moment but it defeats the purpose of having a lock button.

also it doesn't charge well, it sometimes drains the battery instead of charging. i have used all different cords and charging sources, i find it charges best in my car and on my tablet instead of a typical wall charger.

What will apple do to help me?
