Not Recieveing notifacations
My iphone 4 updated to ios 7 it restarted on its own and then I do not receive notifacations I have to check the app for me to see if I receive something what do I do.?

reset all settings
settings-general-reset-reset all settings
now reconnect to wifi
settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join
if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes
