Why won't my pre ordered album download?

So I preordered ARTPOP (gaga is my jam) and its not downloading. Four songs came out before the release and those downloaded automatically when they were out, but the rest isn't. I have already opened the email saying that my preorder is ready and clicked the link but nothing happened. I don't have access to a PC or Mac with iTunes. I have an iPhone 5 (running latest iOS) and an iPad 3 (running latest iOS) Please help me!!! Im getting so frustrated!
