iCloud Backup message resolution
To resolve the frozen icloud message "iCloud Backup is unable to access the account @me.com. Review your account information in Settings." Reset your iPhone by pressing the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time.
The problem is identified on this help page (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4576), but no resolution is given. I think a column needs to be added this troubleshooting document to provide a clear resolution for each message.
