I CAN'T UP DATE MY PadMini TO iOS 7.

Good Morning

I am unable to update my MiniPad to iOS 7.0.3. I have been trying download and install it but it always come back with

the message of "error". Please help here or shall I take it the APPLE store. I bought my MiniPad in Seattle USA and I

leave in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I had no problems with downloading with my iPhone 5 which I also bought it the same

time.
