I have an Australian credit card and use the Australian App / Itunes store. I live in the US and want to get the new iphone 5s. Can I continue to use the Australian App store on an American phone?

It is a violation of the terms if service to use a country's itunes store from outside of that country. This can result in the loss of your account.
