i have forgot my icloud account and it is the same as my apple ID thats how i made it and i can not reset my password i have not called apple yet and i have reset my password 20+ times and still nothing and it has been over 4 weeks i think i have been waiting quit long enough...

have you tried the security questions at https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid? if you cant answer them you have to contact apple and see what they can do.

I will call the store and I have done my security questions but it never works it just said it wants me to do it again like it crashed or something
