You cannot upgrade anything other than RAM in the 27 inch screen iMacs.
As far as your 2013 model iMac is concerned, opening this iMac up to do anything , but installing RAM, WILL void the remainder of your AppleCare warranty and any future extended AppleCare warranty that you may want to purchase (I strongly recommend purchasing and registering for extended AppleCare warranty before your first, free year of AppleCare ends) as well as any future Apple repair or replacement support.
The time to get the 4 GB VRAM GPU was at the time of ordering and purchase.
If you do not like the iMac you have because you aren't happy with the video performance, sell this iMac and use the proceeds to order and purchase another new iMac with the faster and more powerful GPU option.
