Q: iTunes hangs at "Accessing iTunes Store"

It can only be used if I press the x button within a quarter of a second of it starting.

Also, whenever I sign in it says the request has failed and gives me error code -50

I have tried reinstalling twice and that has caused me to have 5/5 computers authorized, which I cannot deactivate,

because iTunes wont login, and I cant find it anywhere on icloud.

Sorry for the triple question

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Another possibility ... even if you're using a later version of iTunes.

iTunes 9: "One Moment Please" or "Error (-50)" message when accessing iTunes Store

(You're symptoms seem reminiscent of both ... but this is the first time I've worked on one of these for a few months, so the symptoms have a chance of drifting as the versions change.)
