iCloud Restore Fail (Apps Layout messed up + Apps in waiting status)

Hello ,

i just bought a iPhone 5S. When i selected the icloud restore point i made, all my data was restored on my phone. (Pictures, Phone numbers,apps, etc..) Only problem is that all my apps are messed up. Everything i took time to arrange in folders are now on my springboard on random pages.

That's not the only problem. There are 15 Apps that just stand there in 'Waiting' status. (It has been like this for over 4 hours)

I tried rebooting the device. But that did not change anything.

I juste hope i did not lose my app Layout i'm use to sins the first iPhone came out.
