boot up has slowed down significantly also it takes time to open apps.
when i repair my disk using disk utility it again and show some errors with itunes and says it has fixed it but next time again it shows same things.

Could it be that Spotlight is indexing, or Time Machine is running shortly after you boot? You can try booting into Recovery mode (hold down option key during boot) and trying Disk Utility again to verify/repair permissions (and Verify Disk).
