So far I'm not using ipad cos I really confused about it, my ipad is not eligible to create free icloud account I been reached the maximum limit of account could somebody help this matter pls

There is a limit to how many free accounts you can create on an iOS device - you will either need to use one of the accounts that's already been created on it, or create a new account via another device computer.
Yes I had created one apple account that I remembered. But when I reset my device then I was trying to put my Apple ID on to set up sittings still it won't work through there it says u reached the limit account. So is really confused me. If I knew it that iOS has account limit then I have to careful. But sad to say at first I really don't know about it. Hugh. Thank u so much for corresponding my problem. Thanks.....
Any given Apple device may be used to create a lifetime maximum of 3 iCloud accounts. Once a device has been used to make 3 iCloud accounts, that device can no longer create any new iCloud devices.
You will need to find another Apple device to create a new iCloud account.
Ohh my is terrible. Is ok to create an iCloud free account through computer? Ohh I see. But u think if I got a new icloud account from other device it will work on my device. Then how about Apple ID still they same problem with my iCloud account. This two are not working. I was android user since but I was surprised. Thank u so much Michael and king thank u a lot......
You need to use an Apple device to make an iCloud account - iOS device or Apple computer. Once you make it though, you could delete it from that device and login to that new account on your other device. The account is tied to the AppleID used when you create it, not to any particular device.
The limit on new accounts on devices is to keep people from endlessly making iCloud accounts (since that is often done by people looking for many free accounts to use for sending SPAM mail and all sorts of other undesirable uses of Apple's free service)
Okay I will try it to my friend iOS device. So u mean I have to open first an iCloud account then it will work to as Apple ID as well. I will follow the instruction and then I will send u back a message as soon it will work. Thank u so much for the kindness guys....
