Do you have any iTunes or iCloud backups?

If so these can be used to restore content unto a new iPhone.

It is impossible, besides U have sycned to iTunes backup or iClouds.It is better to backup your all data to your Computers.

If you have backed up your stolen iPhone with iTunes or iCloud, you can extract the photos from the iPhone’s backup files. If you had enabled other cloud services (e.g. Dropbox) that might have backed up your photos, download them from the services.

You might be able to recover any photos that were in an iCloud Photo Stream if you had an iCloud account and used Photo Stream. But without a backup of your library or MB hard drive you won't be able to recover any of the iPhoto Library photos as Jim has already pointed out. 😟😟
